Hey, I'm new to the site and was curious about tingling brain sensations. I have self diagnosed myself with anxiety, which only seems to get worse. I've had anxiety for the majority of my life, but recently it may have taken on a new form. I was sitting when all of a sudden I felt the back, lower part of my head (cerebral area) start to tingle. (The tingling isn't new, I've experienced that a couple times). But once it went numb and tingly, my ears started ringing loudly and when I thought I was talking loudly I was barely audible, says the friend that was with me. The surrounding area started to spin, almost like double vision, and the entire fandago lasted about 20 seconds. Once it was over, I had one hell of a headache.
Is this normal for anxiety or should I get this checked out? If it is anxiety, is there any tips or techniques floating around out there to help control it? I mean, it hasn't really interfered with my life yet, but I fear it may in the near future.
