Does anyone have any experience with nutritional supplements for their anxiety?

I haven't tried anything yet, but I've heard Kava Kava tea can be very good stuff...

There are many alternative supplements used by members to help with their anxiety. Some people use only natural products where as others use only RX and some use a combination. I am not familiar with Kava but I am sure someone here is.

Take care

I recently began taking Amoryn/Seredyn (which is a natural supplement i ordered online), with B12 (500 mg),  and fish oil (omega 3, 900 mg). Since starting the three of these together, my anxiety attacks have tremendously lessened in frequency and intensity. I have read about kava kava, but have never tried it.

RX = prescription medication ordered by a physician versus OTC (Over the Counter) medications or supplements, vitamins, natural herbs.

The supplements mentioned by the members here may be purchased without a prescription.

The B Complex Vitamins are excellent for stress. JMHO this morning :-)

Take care,
