Underlining the whole thing like that makes it hard to read.

We cannot diagnose you, but if you think you have an anxiety disorder it would probably be a good idea to see a doctor. They can help you out with whatever is bothering you. If it's any consolation your symptoms seem like either anxiety or depression to me. Nothing you've written indicates to me that you're going crazy. Very few people actually do that, and rare diseases are, well, rare. I think you should discuss what's going on with your regular doctor and they will refer you to a specialist if need be.

In the meantime just try your best to relax and live your life. Have faith that you'll be okay.

Are you on any medication? I was given a vascular med years ago for headaches and it really made me feel like I was having an out of body experience too. Never took it again needless to say.

Good Morning and welcome to HealingWell. I agree with debaser re seeing a physician to find out what is going on with you.

You did not mention any therapy or medications that you may already be using. I am not a physician so I cannot dx. Your sx could be medical in nature and I am sure you do have some anxiety but please do seek out the attention of a professional and we are always here to support you.

Take care,

i have been seeing medical attention for it and they all think its anxiety and have been waiting three months to get a full physical... then after he will be able to diagnose me im almost scared that they wont be able to diagnose me in time. i dont know exactly what is wrong with me but i am terribly scared and it is getting to the point where i dont want to get out of the bed in the mourning to attend classes in highschoool..... im countin gon my grades to be accepted into university of winnipeg. i really cant stand this much more i need to get my grades back up my average in school is usually 75% too 95% im at 60% 's in all my classes. maybe im only putting more pressure on this but i cant put up with the fatigue anymore. im going a little nuts. someone help :'(
