Mine wake me up while sleeping. i am 38 years old i have 2 children and i do dread night time, im on effexor xr 300mg a day. things have been really great for the last few years on these meds, but things are changing and i can not pin point the problem. i have had attcks since i was small. i do feel some what better when i talk about it for that time being. just my thoughts.

Recently my lexapro pooped out on me. It just stopped working. I was fine on it for about 4 years and then the panic attacks started coming back just awful. I already can't travel, but if I can't even go to a store without panicking then I just feel so depressed. I was in bed most of the day and night sleeping. Who wants to be awake for panic! UGH but you just have to fight through it.

Perhaps its time to have a visist with your doc? I am now getting switched to Busbar. I'm praying it will work! 2nd day on it.

I have 1 daughter who is 20 months; I dread simply having to go anywhere. I hate panic attacks, but I'd love to be able to take her to disney world someday. ugh
