Do I have anxiety?

I have been nervous for the past few days now. I have never felt like this before. Im always expecting the worst and have trouble sleeping at night. Sometimes I feel ok then other times I feel terrible like something just completely bad is going to happen, I feel trapped inside my own mind.
I worry about things I know that i usually do not worry about and overthink snd its just all a mess. Its been going on for about 4 days now on and off.
I really wish to know whats going on with me :( ive just gotten into my first meaningful relationship about a month ago and its going great. But I dont want to worry about everything all the time it almost gets annoying and I wish to know if it ever just goes away
Any help?

We can't make a diagnosis as I'm sure you know.

I suppose it's possible you have Anxiety Disorder, but since it's only been going on a few days I wouldn't jump to that conclusion just yet. It may be that you're just having a bad few days.

The emotion your feeling does sound like anxiety...that doesn't mean you have anxiety disorder, though. Everyone has anxiety sometimes.

first take a lil inventory of what you are worrying about all the time
make a list and then what you can do to help get thru it
maybe if you list some things here it might help as well
i hv had a/p for years and it ripps you apart at timjes
you have to take control n find out what your triggers are and what you ned to do

I'm not a Doctor or expert.

But having had anxiety problems for years-- my personal (nonprofessional) opinion is yes, it sounds like you may well have anxiety.

**Always get checked by a Doctor though-- to rule out any possible medical cause of your distress (there are a few medical conditions that can also cause feelings like that, so you should get checked to rule those out).
