Agreed in regards to Kitt and Lyn deserving a round of applause *claps*...very caring individuals :)
As far as what I'm proud of...I suppose just trying to be a good person in day to day life. Giving people the benefit of the doubt despite being taken advantage of in the past. Always looking for the good in people, and treating people the way i'd like to be treated myself.
Also, having finished college despite all the turmoil going on at home at the time. My mom suffers from schizophrenia and had some bad episodes as we call them during my time at school, and my father was trying to reach out and find other people to help with drug addictions like himself, but he always had to go for someone that he felt was worse off than him...in this case a homeless heroin addict who he allowed to smoke heroin in our bathroom (as a minor example).
I'd come home from a tough day at school, and go to the washroom and be exposed to the nastiest chemical bombardment I've ever smelled. Oh god that smell haunts me to this day. We used to fight so much back in those days, now I just wish he was still with us :)
But again, I did finish my business management course with pride. Nowadays, I can't seem to leave the house without an outpouring of fear.
One day at a time; however. I can't believe i worked/went to school for 10 years straight (following high school graduation) and then all of a sudden i've been off work for 10 months and dreading even submitting a resume anywhere.
