Good Morning and I am sorry you are having nightmares. I have had many nasty dreams and I feel like I still have some unsolved issues I need to deal with. I am working with my therapist on some of these issues.

My therapist feels I have PTSD. I am wondering if you have ever had anyone mention this disorder to you. You may want to talk with your Doctor as there are some good therapies available to help you through these tough times.

Take care and we are here for you.

Gentle Hugs,

Hi, great advice from the forum... There are support groups for PTSD, anxiety, depression etc... Call your local mental health assc., hopefully, they can get you connected. In the meantime, keep posting... You need to get bottled-up feelings out, and know that there are others who have suffered similiar traumas--willing to listen. take care, L
