Anybody else take Celexa/Citalopram... I take it for mild depression/anxiety/ocd, definitely helps to some degree for me. Seems to 'quiet' the mind. However and ironically i think it's causing me some insomnia. My doc says it should have more of a sedative effect than anything, but for me - not so much.
Also do you think it helps depression better or anxiety better?

If it causes insomnia for you, try taking it in the morning.
Each medication will work different on each individual person so I cannot tell you if it is the right choice for you or if another med may work better for you.
