Was watching some TV with the hubby a couple days ago and for no reason started feeling really anxious with the heart racing etc. I couldn't figure out why I was so anxious, I was very relaxed and having a great time with hubby. Then I realized that the movie we were watching seemed to have alot of bright lights and flashing to it.
Had my husband turn the channel and talked to myself telling myself I was okay it was just the movie that caused the problem and the anxiety left.
Kinda felt proud of myself because I didn't have to use my Xanax. Has anyone else ever noticed lighting or the lighting of a movie affect their anxiety? I thought it was the strangest thing.
