I agree, it is good to see you back here. Anxiety can be exhausting and debilitating. Don't suffer alone for too long. Avoiding situations that make you anxious might help you feel better in the short term. I understand what you mean by avoiding reading a lot of posts about anxiety as you start to feel upset so take your breaks as well as do not read all the threads if they trigger your anxiety.
Learn to replace "negative self talk" with "coping self talk." When you catch yourself thinking something negative like "I can't do this, it's just too hard," try to change it to something more positive, like "This is hard but I can get through it." This helps me and I feel really good when I have conquered my anxiety one step at a time.
