I thought this might be great to do.. Everyone that reads this, please post what makes you feel better during anxiety or panic attacks.. Then you can go back and read what everyone wrote and learn from eachother
Here is mine:
1. Play an online game or solitare
2. Tell myself this aweful feeling is only anxiety and I will be ok.
3. Go get a massage if you have the few extra bucks or ask your hubby or significant other for one.
4. Get into a fun hobby, like one that keeps your mind busy...
Also, depending on what area everyone is from on here.. I thought it would be kind of fun to start support groups and have meetings?!
