S&R, if you like the gree tea, you may be interested in L-Theanine. It's a suppliment that has calming effects, and is derived from green tea.
It also has the anti-oxidants, and can be taken every day with your multivitamin. I have been taking for a few months, and have noticed a difference! I'm not as keyed up, easy to startle, ect...
The only disadvantage is that you have to either order it, or go to a specialty health food store. Supermarkets, pharmacies and discount stores that sell vitamins and suppliments don't seem to carry it.
