Sorry to read you are having some problems - many member's anxiety rises when they feel ill so your in good company.
Symptoms of a common cold usually appear about one to three days after exposure to a cold-causing virus. Signs and symptoms of a common cold may include:
- Runny or stuffy nose
- Itchy or sore throat
- Slight body aches or a mild headache
- Watery eyes
- Low-grade fever
- Mild fatigue
The arm pain I really have no ideas for you. Colds may feel heavy on your chest. Your blood pressure and heart rate will fluctuate with anxiety as well as with and illness. New guidelines set a target "normal" blood pressure at less than 120 (systolic)/less than 80 (diastolic) mm Hg.
A normal resting adult heart rate is approximately 60 to 75 beats per minute.
Try not to keep checking your BP and HR as it may be triggering your anxiety.
Remember if you feel you need to see your Dr. please do make an appointment.
Wishing you well,
