I am sorry to read your anxiety struck right after you were doing yard work. My anxiety increases thinking about
the many chores I should be doing as the job seems overwhelming.
I get the rubbery legs if I have been driving for a long distance as my anxiety runs a bit high especially on freeways. I step out of the car and feel the rubbery legs and dizzy. Sometimes I just walk very slowly and take deep breaths until the feeling passes.
I think you handled the anxiety well.
