Been where you are, know how awful it feels. First I would suggest getting a physical, if money is an issue go to your local health department. There could be a physical reason you feel this way. Many things can cause anxiety, depression, racing thoughts, etc. Second, look at your diet. Do you drink a lot of caffeine (large sugar intake)? You could be allergic to caffeine, that can cause symptoms that resemble anxiety, depression, bipolar, etc. Third, are you drinking alcohol? This can cause all of the above issues. If you are healthy and take good care of yourself and still have these issues, then I would suggest considering meds if your symptoms are unbearable. I suggest finding the root cause. It may be something as simple as a magnesium deficency or not enough B vitamin intake.
