If you look on the main anxiety page, third post down...you will find some techniques that will be useful in reducing your anxiety. Read some of the other post.....there is great advice through out all of them. In order to gain some control back, you have to educate yourself on what your body and mind are doing. Knowledge of what you are dealing with will greatly ease your fears and you certainly are not alone...many experience exactly what your are feeling.
So welcome to HW, take a good look around, read post and get a better understanding about anxiety, what it does and how it works....I promise it will be at least, a little less scary. Post as often as you wish and we will try to help.....best wishes.....WM
Stop fighting your symptoms, tensing against how you feel, trying to push your symptoms away. Don't spend everyday going round in circles trying to figure it all out. This just adds more stress and anxiety to how you feel.
It is your desperation to rid yourself of how you feel that keeps your anxiety alive.
The less you fear your symptoms, the less they mean.
