Well I am glad that you are posting, but not glad of the reason:( I am sorry that the health anxiety is rearing it's ugly head again.
Remeber that 'magical thinking' doesn't make it happen...just because you hear about
something and think
it may happen to you, that does not change reality
! If you heard about
an acquaintance winning a sweepstakes you wouldn't automatically expect to be the next winneer and start spending money would you? Of course not. We seem to only think this way in the negative/fearful way.
Do a search on some of your old posts if it will help. Go through your CBT notes, keep posting here...all of these things should help to get you back on track:)
