I just need to know about heart arrythmias and if they happen at birth or if they are found later in life. Tachycardias and all that jazz. I heard that accessory tachycardia can happen at birth but what about the other ones? I am so worried and concerned about this because sometimes I have my pulse up to 98. I just swam and it happened to be 95 when I came home I checked it. It feels like my pulse gets faster and faster everyday. Someone PLEEEEASE HELP!

That's not bad at all, my pulse has been well into the 140's and 150's range especially in a full blown panic attack, 95 and 98 is not bad, that's about what mine is when i a m calm. And if you feel your pulse getting faster, your probably just getting nervous, take 1 of your ativans to calm you down, if ativan doesn't work, talk to your doc and see if he can give you xanax, xanax has worked pretty darn good for calming me down and also brings the pulse down, best benzo for panic attacks IMO, take care and hope you feel better.

To answer your question, arrhythmias can occur at any age, even in infants.

A heartrate of 95 after activity is in itself nothing to worry about.  Believe you are OK and try to avoid checking your pulse all the time as that also can cause it to increase = anxiety.

Be well,

Kitt

But Stkitt it was like in the 130s or 40's right when I stopped swimming and held onto the wall.
I wasn't breathing hard but it was up. I think its due to stress.

Can arrythmias be from too much soda or being previously psychotic? My roomates also used to tase me with a taser (less than 100,000 volts) but just wondering if that would cause them I wont worry about them anymore. It just doesnt help with anything.

They were good to me but we'd just play around like that. So yeah just need to know if they go away too. I'll stop asking questions about it.

Hi GUOI,

I answered your question in your other post. In the future, please try not to make duplicate posts, as it is one of our rules. (it keeps the forums from getting full of the same info)

Thanks!:)
