The symptoms you listed are signs of anxiety.
I think that you need to make a list of things that support/don't support your fear of a seizureThings that don't support your fear:
*8 doctor's opinions have said you have anxiety, not seizure activity.
*You have had numerous tests that say no seizure activity.
*You take medication to prevent it.
*You have all of the classic symptoms of anxiety, which makes you fear the worst case senario...in your case fear of seizure.
*No one here thinks that you have anything to worry about
*You have not had a seizure in 14 years!
*Most neuros say that if one is seizure free for even as short as 6 months, then the likelihood of reoccurance is very low.Things that support your fear:
think and fear that you will have a seizure.
Do you see the overwhelming evidence that you are most certainly going to be fine? Sometimes you just have to choose
to believe the most logical line of thinking...and not continue to listen to the anxiety.
You can do this!
"Courage is not the abscence of fear, it is feeling afraid and doing it anyway!"
"It is when we are most lost that we sometimes find our truest friends"
