Everyone has a stress capacity. When you exceed your
capacity, your system may function poorly or shut down completely. After you
have been through a stressful time it is very common to feel emotionally exhausted. Give yourself
permission to rest, don’t push yourself to hard right now. You have been dealing with so much your body
needs time to shut down and reset itself.
Don’t place excessive demands on yourself right now but instead just let
your mind and body rest.
I have been where you are and allowing myself to just shut down and recover helps me with the healing process. I am glad your physical was all good news.
