My symptoms are more transient in nature. I will go periods of time without any effects of anxiety...and then have a day, or more when I am fighting the dizzies, or having sleeping issues, depersonalization, ect.
However, I have had therapy which has given me the tools to deal with the symptoms, and I have practiced a lot of breathing techniques, which have really helped me overcome these things, especially the dizziness.
Everyone is different, so it could be that this is just your most troublesome symptom, and without treatment, it may be persistent.
I would really recommend trying the breathing techniques in our Resources. Pratice them for 15 minutes, morning and night. (even if you are symptomless at the time!) Add additional practice sessions throughout the day as needed if you are feeling particularly dizzy/off.
Give it a try (be consistent) and see how you feel. :)
