Do you take any meds or just exercise?
The only medication I've ever been on relating to anxiety has been Lunesta for insomnia. However, my body didn't react very well to it and I stopped taking it cold turkey (which I do not recommend - it made my insomnia worse!). I like to jog when the weather is nice, and if not, I'll workout at home or the gym. I know that everyone is different, and for me, I feel much better working out versus medication.

Great news! Do your best to stay in the present, and just enjoy your current state of feeling good!:) Keep up those techniques, they are working!

Staying in the present is still a bit difficult but not as bad as when I first posted on here! The techniques are definitely working, I just hope it stays this way. :(
