Sorry you are feeling so yucky right now.:( I think it is the hormones to blame for your increase in anxiety and the bloating is just included along with the PMS symptoms.
Of course sugar and caffenine are also both stimulants and could be adding to the panic...could you switch to decaf or herbal tea. Also have you tried Stevia? The brand Truvia is especially good. It is granulated, not powdered so it resembles and tastes the most like sugar...I honestly can't tell the difference anymore.
I love sugar too...and if I believed in reincarnation, I wouldn't be suprised to find out that I was a formerly a hummingbird. I just try to cut back when and where I can, so I can enjoy my indulgences when I want to.
Exercises is also key. It will burn off extra sugar that you've ingested and banish bloat and a lot of other PMS and anxiety symptoms. Walking briskly for 30 min will do it...no need to push really hard, just getting moving will help.
Fiber is only as good as the water that you drink with it...so if you aren't hydrated...it will actually have a binding effect, so drink up! I sometimes have so much water retention around that
time that I wake up soaked in the middle of the night...but the cure for water bloating is, you guessed it...more water;p Go figure!
I hope that you are feeling better today, hang in there, you'll be fine again soon.
P.S. you are NOT digusting...that is just the PMS talking...tell it to be quiet and leave you alone.:)
