I am so sorry bam...but congratulations! I am so happy for you. I know that it must be rough to have anxiety while pregnant...but you will get some answers from your doctor today, I am sure.
Continue (or start!) to do your breathing and relaxation exercises, and get lots of books on natural anxiety relief....as well as pregnancy books. You can take all of the good ideas that work from these sources, and customize a pre-natal anxiety relief plan.:)
