Thanks Biggs, I am so sorry you had to go through that. But good thing your okay now.thanks for your words they mean allot. I need to work on my coping skills. I hate eating my life worrying when I can b doing something else. I sometimes think what if I don't have anything a serious and I'm just worried sick. Wasting days in which I could live differently but it's easier said than done

But I'm staying to notice that I need professional help.after I get all my physical things taken care of I will seek for that cbt everyone is talking about lol hopefully they offer it in Cali

Let the doctors worry about you! You start to dream of some things you want to do. I started a wish list (some call it a bucket list but I'm not done yet!). I want to parachute, sing in a band (which I got to) and a number of other things. I have a cool sports car I was working for ( cant work right now due to lymes) so I will have to win the lottery and I cut out a picture of a model to Achieve that look. (that will be a miracle)!!!! Healing takes place thru mind, body, and soul. So let the docs heal your body and you get a good positive book to read. There's a number of them. I could email my suggestions. and professional help does help. I like paying someone to hear my mess, then my friends won't know how crazy I am! I am anxious to hear what your wish list would be! true i cant diagnose myself. i ve been doing my slef a harm. i will start one. yes pllease my email is (in my profile.) i will appreciate it greatly thanks. i will try and stay possitive. i cant wait for to start school. i mainly got more anxious and depressed because of not having anything to do. i didnt get moving on the whole summer job thing so i was left at home with nothing to do but think and look online for answeers. bad thing is my school doesnt start til sept 20 and it still a onth away. but hopefully it will go by fast. i need productive things to do. i will also try to take advantage of my schools health facility. they offfer a nutritionist and other things i havent looked in to and in which i will when i return to school. i need to take life by the horns.

Good Afternoon Jo92,
I hope this finds you better today! I am having difficulty getting out of bed today. I hurt all over (blah!). But I will!! Have you started your fun list? After we talked I looked at mine and I did quite a few of them. I will have to add more.

Here is an idea for the day:take one minute at a time to heal,then an hour at a time to heal, think "my body is healing". Sleep, drink your water, take meds, and do an act of kindness. There you have a purposeful day!
