I hope that you are feeling better today.:) I know how scary and miserable nocturnal panic attacks can be. We have had a few threads on this subject...you are not alone (I will try to pull up some old threads and post it at the end so you can read other's experiences.)
Try to squeeze a short nap in today so that you don't get overly tired...this can perpetuate the stress cycle, making things tougher all around.
I hope that you have a 'sleep through the whole night' rest tonight!
