I am sorry to hear of your "break-up" with your boyfriend but perhaps you can turn things around. Communication is always difficult in a relationship and words are spoken that never should be said but once they are out it is hard to take them back.
Try to take on the perspective of an observer and get clear about what really happened during this phone call as well as in the days leading up to this conversation. When emotions run high we are easily hurt and often lash out as we are confused and afraid of what is happening.
Do you feel with work by both you and your boyfriend you can repair your relationship ? This is where you have to choose if you want to fight to put this relationship back on track and it is a tough decision as there are not gaurantees but give it plenty of thought.
Keep on talking with us and we will help you the best we can.
