Am very new here to this site, I joined hoping to get some help from people who can share the same struggles that I go thru with anxiety. While the suggestions and tips have definitely helped, another unexpected benefit is that in reading posts of other people, it gives me some perspective and clarity about anxiety. When other people post of symptoms, emotions, triggers, catastrophic thinking and ultimately about them evenutally passing, it only proves that while anxiety is undeniably present, we are not anxiety! When i read of what others are going thru, it gives me clarity on what I am going thru qand that is very therapuetic.
I hope I am able to help others as much as I am being helped. Thank you all!
