I pulled up the old thread from before, in case there is something new that pops out at you...have a look. Did you get a chance to look at some self-help books on social anxiety? Do you feel like you have gained any ground with this in the last couple of months...or lost any?
If you feel like you are not making progress like you would like to see...maybe a therapist is something to consider. He/she can help to give you the skills and tools to feel comfortable in work and social situations.:)
I hope that you can get some answers to your issue soon! It is not fun to feel uncomfortable on a daily basis...but there is help for this, so go for it in any form that you can!
