Raydio, here are a couple of related links that may help you. I am sorry that you are obligated to do this. I think I remember that you had to travel before for your work? What helped you to get through it then? Do you have any coping mechanisms that are particularly helpful?
I think that once you get to facing the actual task that you will be able to do what needs to be done...it is sometimes the anticipatory anxiety that is the worst!
Keep thinking postively, even if it does not seem to help...it is, and will carry you through...then you will emerge stronger and changed from the experience, knowing that you faced the challenge and came out victorious!
