I had more trouble with anger when I was younger, never had anger managment but got my but whipped several times in the military. lol
Used to feel really down and guilty several days after an outburst, to be honest panic/anxity seemed to take over and I didnt get angry so often, hard to get mad when you always think your dying.
Because you are concerned about how others may feel about your anger tells me you are a very decent person, you gotta find a safe zone, try the old count to three before letting the wild cat out of the bag,
it seems to hurt you more than anyone else, what ever gives you peace stay there as long as you can, then with meds, therapy, Dr's. you can take life one step at a time, heck I use to take baby steps, you will get better, you will get well!
