Hi Luimig and welcome.
I moved your post since you will be recognized more easily here, then tagged onto an old post. Also, you don't want to double post,(I deleted your duplicate post) as this might lead to confusion...this way you have only one to check, as for responses.:)
I am sorry to hear that your anxiety has returned. It is frustrating and dissapointing when this happens. It does happen though...setbacks are a common theme around here, so know that you are not alone!
Have you continued therapy? I highly recommend it, especially if you are wanting to manage your anxiety without medications.
Seeking therapy does not mean that you are losing your mind...on the contrary! It means that you are pro-actively managing your health.
Going to a doctor for check-ups and preventative measures to ensure health does not mean you are sick, right? It simply means that you are trying to stay well!
Please do continue with your therapy if you are not currently doing so...it will help so much.
Meanwhile, we have a great Resource Guide here (main page, 1st post) that you can look through for some great self-help ideas as well.
Keep posting with us too! It is great to be part of a supportive community!
Talk to you soon,
