I know it sounds counterproductive...but exercise is a great way to get an energy boost.
It would seem impossible to get going with an exercise routine when you are really fatigued...but if you can force yourself to just start, it really will help.
You have to expend energy to gain it. You don't have to go all out, in fact, sustained (20-30 min) walking at a moderate pace is all it takes.
Be sure to hydrate before, during and after a workout, as dehydration can lead to feeling sluggish.
Give this a try, exercising every other (or more) days a week for a couple of weeks and see how you feel.
If you are still feeling low on energy...check in with your doctor, and have your CBC done. (thyroid function and iron levels should always be considered for evaluation once a year)
Wishing you well.:)
