I am so sorry that you are going through this fear at the moment. I understand, as I have a deep dread of the stomach flu as well!
It was going around my workplace last week, and I had to work to manage my anxiety over catching it.
One of the things that I am working on is just letting go of the fear by having a 'whatever happens, happens' attitude. The last time I actually did get the stomach flu...it was far less traumatic then what I put myself through! The worrying and stressing about
getting sick was 10x worse than the actual illness itself.
You have done all that you can to prevent getting sick. Most likely this is just anxiety making your tummy woes worse. Try doing some breathing and relaxation exercises found in our Resources. They will help to lower you overall stress levels.;)
