I'm in the same boat you are! Some days are really bad and I have to be doing something or anxiety/thoughts take over. Although anxiety has a vicious cycle-physical symptoms feed negative thoughts which cause our body to react with fight/flight which increases our anxiety, etc. So if you can stop one of those (thoughts or physical symptoms) then anxiety should decrease.
