I don't feel you are truly "feeling sorry for yourself". You are a person having a tough time and it is painful to feel sad and anxious when you don't know why or how to stop the feelings.
Share your sorrow with someone that is understanding and provides you that support. Remember we are here for you and we understand as we have the same type of feelings.
