I experienced my 1st severe panic attack just after my brother had a very big stroke. I was on my own driving at the time and it was the most scariest experience ever. Blood tests have confirmed all is well.
Had 2 small panic attacks while driving since but have managed to literally drive through them and get to my destination. The big problem I am now having is hands that are locking up during the night and I feel like I have damaged all my tendons. Have been to see consultant who ruled out RHumertoid Arthritis. Has this happened to anyone else. Could the strain on my hands while gripping tightly to,the steering wheel have caused this? If not then it can only be joint pain due to menopause. Would love to hear from anyone who has experienced this.
