I am sorry to hear about
your bad night JJ.:(
I hope that you were able to get a little more rest after your attack...you need it. It is really hard when your sleeping patterns are disrupted and all over the place...there really is some truth to the phrase 'Too tired to sleep.'
Maybe today you can take it easy, and rest and recover from your rough night.
The good news is that I find that after a particularly bad night, I sleep really well the next.
