You are not that person cln! I can assure you of that. I am sorry that your friend's careless question caused you so much emotional turmoil and kept you from sleeping.
I think, and this would definitely be true for me...that it was the fact that it was even asked
...not the worry
it being true that actual bothered you.
Those of us with anxiety tend to worry and, yes, obsess over certain fears...but that is a far cry from being the character in that movie...worlds apart!
Please just keep working on the things that bother you...so that you can be the healthiest and happiest you that you can be...
...and ignore ridiculous comments such as the one your friend made!
