Sorry to hear of your issue but glad to know you are going to be seeing your Dr. soon.
I read the article in the link you posted and noted that it clearly states PCS could be caused by the pinching of a nerve and may be due to spasm of intercostal muscles fibers. There is also a correlation of PCS to stress and anxiety. PCS is often seen to occur during rest or a sudden change in posture.
Be sure to discuss this in depth with your Dr. Changing meds may help however you are looking at changing to a med that is in the same category as Klonopin.
