It takes some time...try to be patient. It may not have immediate results...try some of the other things mentioned as well...it sometimes takes a combination of things to relieve anxiety and help sleep issues.
You may be in a state of being worked up at the moment, and it can be hard for your body and mind to come down and relax...but keep trying, it will happen!
