I am so glad that you had fun at your class.:) Great job on sticking through it! Exercise is a great stress buster...and I may be partial...but I think dance is so freeing, expressive and fun that it can't be beat as a good choice for anxiety relief.
The music is great too. I love latin music, and use a lot of spanish style flamenco in my ballet classes and choreography. One of my favorite artists is Ottmar Liebert...I could listen to it all day.:)
So enjoy your classes!! You will get great exercise, find it a good diversion and probably even meet some friends along the way.
