If not, I believe they could really make a difference for you. Also I am sorry but I can't remember...have you seen someone like a therapist for help? I can't tell you how much that worked for my recovery from similar fears!
If that is not a possibility however, then the self-help methods are essential! We have those books and more available...please give them a try.:)
