Hi All,

I posted on the Depression board, but no response. Does anyone have any experience with Equilib (good or bad) I read some things about it and am trying to find some real users. Thanks, KO

Hi KO-LD.,

I do not personally have any insight with this suppliment. Was it recommended by your doctor or naturopath?

I would always consult one of these before starting any new therapy...even a holistic one, as you will want to be safe and check for interactions with other meds, ect.

I hope that if you do decide to give it a try, that it is successful and your results are postive!
