I am sorry that you are currently experiecing so much anxiety and the resulting physical symptoms, as they are really frightening and uncomfortable.:(

You are doing all of the right things...going to your doctor for help, reaching out here...and along with these coping skills, you are surely on your way to finding recovery.:)
