So had some panic feelings as I am laying in bed tonight. I have been nauseated most of the day, now I just closed my eyes while laying in bed and I got really dizzy and my body did that jerk thing. Ugh!! I hate this because I can tell myself 100 times I'm okay, but every little move or input kick me in gear to be nauseated AND just sick. Every time I close my else...oh blech!!!!

Jonah. That's what I had and was diagnosed with positional vertigo. Only happens when u lay down or look up or down if your standing. Prop your head on a few pillows when you sleep. It's nothing and will go away on its own

I do this quite a bit and it is hard to try and sleep but if you can just
open your eyes and it stops and then close them again it will help. This is what I do and it makes the dizziness go away. I hope this helped. I also hope you feel better soon.

Sorry you are going through this...so miserable!
Good input so far...all I can add is to practice your slow, deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation...this really helps me.:)
I hope that you feel much better really soon!
Hugs,
