Actually, I believe they are all different. The Wellbutrin acts inhibiting the reuptake of not only the seratonin, like the Lexapro does, but also dopamine and nonepinephrine...
It is confusing...save getting a pharmacology degree!
However, just know that everyone is different, and you just need to keep finding the one that works for YOU!!:)
