I am sorry to hear of your symptoms, and the concern that they are causing you.
If I can ask...what medications were you prescribed by your doctors and presently, your psychiatrist?
Good job on gettting yourself checked out physically. Now, if you are starting to feel better after commencing treatment of the anxiety...you should keep it up, as it can take a few weeks for things to start to improve (depending on the type of med you were started on.)
Here is the link that Larry mentioned above. It is full of self-help ideas that you can get started on right away. These should help to lower your anxiety levels and symptoms.
The breathing, progressive muscle relaxation exerices and meditation are all great to start with.;)
