I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with anxiety/panic and depression. It is a very hard thing to go through, but I am glad to hear that you are learning to manage your issues.:) With coping skills you can certainly make a big difference in how you feel.
Unfortunately, physical symptoms often go along with anxiety issues. Many of us have varying body sensations when our stress levels are high.
The good news is that the same things that you are doing to help relieve the panic attacks could also help to reduce the physical issues.
