I am sorry to hear of your health and anxiety struggles.:( This can be a heavy load to bear!
I would encourage you to look into the possibilty of therapy if you can, and have not done so already.
You can gain skills to manage your anxiety, attacks and symptoms through programs such as CBT, which have helped many members here, myself included.
You can get a referral through your regular doctor most likely.
